Corrigendum

Int J Epidemiol 2002;32:902–09. David Gunnell and Michael Eddleston. Suicide by intentional ingestion of pesticides: a continuing tragedy in developing countries. Int J Epidemiol 2003;32:902–909

In the second paragraph of the ‘Patterns of suicide in countries where pesticide poisoning is commonplace’ section (p. 902, column 2), the penultimate line mentions a ratio of male:female suicide. This should read female:male suicide. The authors apologize for this error.
