A methodology for determining high risk components in urban environments. International Journal of Epidemiology 1979 8: 161–166.

A method of data collection and analysis is proposed for identifying environmental indicators significant to community health. The methods were applied to a study of child mortality in the city of Cali, Colombia. Pridit analysis (principal component analysis of ridits) is described.
